What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Information you give us through the contact and Land Partnership forms: name, email address, phone number, and your message.
- Technical information sent automatically by your browser, such as IP address, device type, pages visited, and referring page.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries and evaluate land partnership or investment proposals.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and deliver email (for example hosting and transactional email providers), with developer partners when you ask us to evaluate a land partnership, and where required by law. Providers are bound to use data only on our instructions.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may access, correct, object to the processing of, or request the deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, write to giannedvelasco@lifehubco.com.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
